Born in Sevilla, Spain, he received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture with an emphasis in Urban Planning at Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Sevilla, Spain; has postgraduate degrees in Cultural Enterprise Management from the University of Seville and Architectural Restoration from IUAV in Venezia, Italy.

Pablo works to advance the organization in the marketplace by identifying opportunities for organic growth, promoting walkable, mixed-use developments, sustainable communities and healthier, smarter and liveable spaces.

He liaises between the Spatial Development Division and the Education Division; joins Cross Functional Teams on Ad Hoc basis and coordinates with Special Practice Teams.

Pablo is also the voice in the global market place of ur-B®; the Liaison Executive at Congress for the New Urbanism organization; the Liaison Executive at City Protocol Society and a Content Aggregator for Aqua Terra’s US Green Building Council Education Partner Program.
