Born in the province of Chiriqui, Carmelina studied at the University Regional Center Panama Oeste, a Bachelor of Accounting (CPA), and has worked in the field of accounting for over 15 years, applying the full accounting cycle.
In March 2015 she started working at Aqua Terra (Panama) SA, and is currently working with: the preparation of bills, writing checks, depositing records, policy amortization, depreciation, reviewing and reconciling accounts, addressing payments to suppliers, fixed monthly payments, supporting the messenger, answering phone calls, filing, and other tasks.
